BALLOONS FAQS & DISCLAIMERS:

How long will my balloons last?

• We wish we could give you an exact timeframe but we simply cannot. With that said, by using air-filled, high quality balloons, if kept in air conditioning, your balloons can last weeks! 

• When you hang your balloons OUTSIDE you are leaving their fate to the elements! Wind + sun + change in temperatures are just three of the top factors that can decrease the life of your balloons.

• Outdoor balloons will always oxidize, meaning their color will go from shiny to matted. Personally, I actually prefer the oxidized look! Oxidization will occur faster when there is direct sun and/or extreme temperature and/or extreme temperature changes. Also, darker colors will oxidize faster than lighter colors. At the bottom of this page is a collage - the top picture shows an example of balloons kept indoors and then in the bottom picture, balloons placed outside after they have oxidized.

Are balloons safe for the environment?

• We use only the best quality balloons which are 100% natural latex and therefore, 100% biodegradable!

• We do use foil balloons for accents and while they are not biodegradable, they are re-usable! You can save them for another event in the future.

• To dispose of your balloons, cut your balloons into small pieces to help them biodegrade quickly.

• HBB DOES NOT SUPPORT THE RELEASE OF BALLOONS FOR ANY REASON.

1 Product design: For all events, Honey Bunny Balloons will create a design proposal. Once the client has provided their approval, client cannot make changes to the design colors. Disclaimer includes that colors may look differently on the computer versus in person, additionally lighting can change the color of balloons as well. * When the client approves the design the client speaking directly with Honey Bunny Balloons is speaking on behalf of all other parties.

2. Balloons: For all events, Honey Bunny Balloons does not guarantee any of its products, or installations. Honey bunny balloons is not responsible or liable for balloons once they are out of our care. Honey Bunny Balloons uses only the highest quality balloons and materials but balloons are, by nature, temporary items. Some balloons will deflate sooner than others and can be adversely affected by uncontrollable factors. Honey Bunny Balloons cannot guarantee how long your balloons will last. All services are rendered and non-refundable after installation and/or pick-up and/or delivery is complete.

3. Installation liability: For all events, Honey Bunny Balloons is not responsible for any damage done by the hanging of your balloons, whether it be the client’s installation or Honey Bunny Balloon’s installation. Client hereby agrees to hold harmless and without liability, Honey Bunny Balloons and all principals, owners, or employees from any damage done By the hanging of balloons.

4. Safety and Liability: For all events, Client is responsible for all of its purchased products. Client is responsible for supervising all use, and preventing all misuse or abuse of balloons, equipment and material related during the event. Client hereby agrees to hold harmless and without liability, Honey Bunny Balloons and all principals, owners, or employees from any of the following: Slipping on broken balloons, Latex allergies, Children and/or adults and/or pets having access to balloons/materials relating to installation before, during or after events, Children and/or adults and/or pets putting balloons in their mouths and choking, or any other personal or property damage caused or alleged to have been caused by balloons.

5. Payment: For events under $1,000, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total payment is due at Time of booking. Client understands that once the deposit has been given, it is non-refundable. Honey Bunny Balloons uses deposits to secure professional balloons and other materials. Seven days before the event, the remaining 50% of Payment is due to finalize the project. If the remaining 50% of payment is not paid 5 days before an event, Honey Bunny Balloons can cancel. If an event is canceled in entirety by client after final payment is provided, Client forfeits all funds. Honey Bunny Balloons will work with client to reschedule, However, there are no guarantees.

6. Payment: When an order reaches over $1,000, client must pay 100% in full to secure the date as there are many more factors and material liability when doing these larger installations. In event the client reschedules the event, honey bunny balloons will work with client to provide their services, however, there are no guarantees. in the event the client cancels the event in entirety, client forfeits all funds.
